Internship Location: Bellville (Tygervalley), Western Cape
Duties and responsibilities:
- School Grade: Matric/Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification: National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant studies is a pre-requisite
- Driver’s license: Yes – Valid driver’s License and own reliable vehicle (must be willing to travel to various operations)
- Experience: No experience required
- Willingness to be trained
- Administrative Skills
- Will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work accurately with an eye for detail
- Results orientated and self-starter
- Computer skills (MS Excel, Word & outlook)
Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:
- Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
- A strong record of team, project and/or people leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; willingness to take initiative & to understand the business
- An aptitude for problem solving; strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Previous successful experience as an active member of a team
- A strong commitment to excellence and to personal and professional growth
- Must be resourceful, responsible, tenacious, curious, independent, confident and high energy
