Interns will be responsible for supporting management and operations over all aspects of Makers landing. This will consist but not limited to a fully licensed and equipped commercial kitchen, demo kitchen, venting, eatery pods, restaurants, as well as incubator assistance and industrial makers space.
Culinary & Hospitality Intern (Makers Landing) (Cape Town CBD)
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment/ uses
- Ability to learn on the job
- Health and safety protocols
- Profound interest and passion for food
- Candidates must be South African citizens
- Interns who require workplace experiential training as part of qualification requirements.
- Candidates will need to submit a letter of motivation as to why they would like to be admitted to the Program
HOW TO APPLY
