An opportunity has become available for a Trainee Process Artisan at Gryphon
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- N4 Technical Certificate or NCV Level 4 (Electrical\Mechanical\Instrumentation)
- Knowledgeable in Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation basics
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of production process is essential
- Very good technical abilities with a strong work ethic
- Ability to identify problems and/or challenges – very methodical in finding solutions
- Ability to work independently
- Adhering to Factory Housekeeping standards
- Health and safety
- Assist with shutdown and maintenance
- Leadership skills
- Practical or experimental training will be an added advantage
KEY OUTPUTS/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Hands-on approach and pride in work performance
- Team player
- Eliminate or reduce downtime
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise own initiative whilst supporting team members & tile wrights
