Private schools that work on the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) curriculum have been on the rise in South Africa, and more students have had to partake in IEB examinations year after year. Luckily for those students, the IEB has made past papers available for public access.
The IEB curriculum has become more popular over time, and this can be attributed to the fact that this system is said to be the equivalent of UK AS Levels, which makes the pursuit of studies overseas much easier with the curriculum being on the same level.
